This is a on-going memo on how to setup Xen and its management.
My current OS for Xen is Centos 5.3 x64 (kernel 2.6.18-128.1.10.el5xen)
So far, I am successfully running following domains: paravirtualized Centos 5.3 x64, fully-virtualized windows 2008 server and Windows XP.
